So, I Went to SXSW. What Do I Do Now?

And that’s a wrap! SXSW 2024 is over. It was the usual cornucopia of new tech, film and music attracting visitors from all over the world. And booze and food — lots of it!

SXSW featured conference sessions, Film Festival screenings, Music Festival showcases, world-class exhibitions, networking opportunities, competitions, and the chance to pick up awards. It was overwhelming!

The ATXponential team was at UK House, the showcase for British entrepreneurship and creativity hosted by the Department for Business and Trade. The theme this year was ‘the future of the creative economy’. Some 21 companies participated in the DBT Trade Mission to SXSW eager to do business in the USA.

Back home in Blightey you’ve hung up your SXSW tags on the hook behind your office door or whiteboard. You have had to decide which of the swag to keep or throw — oh, and reconsidered whether the items on those receipts you kept could be deducted as business expenses.

But there’s something else you should be thinking about. That’s your After-SXSW Action Plan for establishing your business in the USA. What will you do with your new contacts, all those brilliant insights you collected, and the interest people showed in your product or service? Yes, you need to do it right now! As time passes and the buzz fades away, your recollection of what you talked about with whom gets hazy too.

We have some solid ideas about how you can make an ‘After-SXSW Action Plan’. We’re going to host a webinar about it, and you are invited. We’ll help you turn that expensive trip of a lifetime into a real return on your investment. Just click here and we’ll send you the details.

We’re glad you came to Austin. Y'all come back ‘n’ see us!
